Descripción

Este curso se propone indagar en el sentido histórico de las “ideas políticas” para discutirlas como proceso y construcción histórica, colocando el énfasis en la conflictiva relación que se da entre quien ejerce el poder y quien es objeto de él; en términos más cercanos, entre quien gobierna y quien es gobernado.
Se abordan temáticas tales como: Estado y gobierno, democracia representativa, partidos políticos, elecciones y sistemas electorales, desafíos contemporáneos de la democracia e Instituciones de gobierno en Argentina.
